    No love for “F = ma?!” or “PV = nRT”. Really. That said, I think that Bell’s Inequalities deserve far more merit on this list than Black-Scholes derivatives valuation.

    • Excellent observation! When I first saw this list, I asked myself: why stop at just 17 equations? If they had done a top-twenty list, we could have easily included F = ma, Bayes’ rule, etc.!

    I’d also like to vote for a less-complicated commenting procedure here — I always have to jump through various hoops, this time, clicking on a subscription button. For someone who supposedly appreciates de-regulation, commenting on your blog involves far too much of it.
