I’m working on my upper level writing requirement and came across an article about the mandatory labeling of genetically engineered food and constitutionally, we do not have a right to know.

Sally Noxon Vecchiarelli, Mandatory Labeling Of Genetically Engineered Food: Constitutionally, You Do Not Have A Right To Know, 22 S.J. AGRIC. L. REV. 215 (2013)

There’s the citation if you want to check it out. Seems interesting to me that, while there have been no reports of any human harm…so why not label if it is deemed generally safe?

This might seem silly given the history of events thus far, but eventually I believe we’ll be running into the problem of who can do what on Earth’s moon. So far, no manned presence there has been achieved any others besides the U.S., and there have never been any kinds if commercial enterprises there. I’d be interested to see which courts could even hear a case about conduct or property rights off planet, let alone what these disputes might be.
