See how long they sit there. My sister goes into a starbucks, sits, and then uses the mobile app to place an order. This way she goes to the head of the line. She waits until they call her name that her mobile order is ready. The 5-10 minute wait is way better than the 1/2 hour or so if she stood in line!!!
I always get stuck in the line out of habit!
Use the mobile app when you walk in the door. The efficiency is absolutely amazing. Saves you lots of time!!!
I was going to give it a try today, but there was no line!
Starbucks lost me at “wait a long time for a cup of coffee and then hope you recognize your name when they call it.”
Agreed. I have not yet brought myself to use their new mobile app to avoid the long lines; instead, I make my espressos at home!
