A well-designed visualization certainly is!
While I do not consider myself “authoritarian” these compartments are pretty good. I think also that the four “axes” are confounded — left and right incorporate aspects of libertarian and authoritarian. A good intellectual challenge would be to come up with two socio-political-economic axes that are not confounded. For example, “Haves vs Have-Nots” is not orthogonal to “Secure vs Insecure” or “Altruistic vs I Got Mine”.

I think the graph was meant as a joke and not to be taken too seriously.
Especially the southeast quadrant!
