Last night, my wife Sydjia and I saw the movie “Judas and the Black Messiah,” which tells the story of how the FBI and Chicago police assassinated Fred Hampton, the charismatic leader of the Chicago chapter of the Black Panther Party. This movie left me stunned … and extremely angry. (Check out Elizabeth Hinton’s review of the movie here.)
That’s wild. As a I continue to read the Enterprise of Law and here stories like this I can’t help but believe a private law society would be best.
The average-Joe citizen wouldn’t tolerate such subterfuge and corruption. Especially if the product isn’t divorced from the cost. As is true of almost all private sector goods. Almost never in public sector.
