Very true. The concept of Marxist anarchism always seemed like a paradox.
Because any strain of socialism requires coercion to enforce ideologically relevant policies, otherwise the governing structure falls apart.
Much of polemical literature promulgating socialist ideologies proves this point by justifying violent acts that would not constitute self-defense.
How else is the proletariat going to seize the means of production? Through force.
