It would be informative to also know how many lives are saved or protected from police dogs. This linked article only presents the reader with the disadvantages brought about by these K-9’s. But then again, that seems to be a political trend nowadays (that is, mercilessly degrading our country’s social structures).

Excellent point! Using the logic of the linked article, we would have to ban automobiles and shut down highways to prevent the perils of car wrecks!
